Software Engineer working on a contract with the Air Force Research Lab to redesign an existing
decision support system to include peer to peer collaboration. Presenter at subject matter
conferences to promote the use of the JCat decision support system.
Use Ruby on Rails to create a production Enterprise Risk Management system using the lessons
learned in the construction and deployment of its prototype.

Aid in the construction of a prototype of an uncertain reasoning system for the Air Force Research
Lab/IFS Division. Utilize Win32 API, MFC and later the .NET Framework for application
development. Secure contract money to allow the project to continue year after year.
